You can pick up your order from our store during its opening hours:
Monday to Saturday: 8.00-15.00
Tuesday - Thursday - Friday: 17.30-21.00

2. COURIER
The fixed shipping cost through the transport ELTA Courier
for Greece including VAT are:
3.5 euros for orders up to 2kg
1 euro extra for each extra kilo
Costs may exceed the above amount due to the volume of products.
The volumetric weight is derived from the formula Length x Height x Width cm / 5000. In this case you will be informed by phone or by email about the new shipping costs
For purchases of products worth more than one hundred and fifty (150.00) euros, you are not financially burdened with shipping
Cash on delivery to the courier:
Upon receipt of the products payment of the bill to the courier. Cash on delivery has an additional cost of 2.50 euros (including VAT.)
3. Transportation
We can deliver your order to any shipping company you work with. The cost of transport by the transport company is borne by the customer.
The company has the right if the product is large in volume to send it to a transport company.
THE WORKING DAYS DELIVERY REFERRED TO EACH PRODUCT AS AVAILABLE REGARDING THE NUMBER OF WORKING DAYS TO THE PRODUCT WILL BE DELIVERED BY US TO COURIER OR IN TRANSPORT AND NOT THE DAYS IN WHICH RECEIVED THE FINAL CONSUMER

You can choose whether your payment will be made with a retail receipt or an invoice. Invoice is issued to companies and freelancers if the following information is completed during their order: company name, VAT number, Tax Office, address and profession for the freelancers.

Products that broke during transport are the responsibility and burden of the transport company
Your order will be received no later than 1-3 working days from the date of submission of your order form. For everyone's convenience, please inform our company about the specific details of the place of receipt (company name, floor, office number, etc.), where needed. The company disclaims any responsibility for the receipt of the product from anyone other than the one who ordered the product.
The company is released from any liability in cases of delay or inability to deliver due to third party intermediaries and / or reasons of force majeure. However, if due to force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes, etc.) or insurmountable impediment the immediate delivery of the products is not possible, we will inform you by e-mail, in order to let us know if you still wish, under the new conditions, the completion of your order.
